Due to planned growth my client is looking to strengthen its sales force with the key appointment of an individual to cover North West London, Essex, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. You will be responsible for the development of sales of floorcoverings products to Independent Retailers within the geographical area.
You will inherit a significant customer base of Independent Retailers that are loyal customers. The company has a strong and enviable brand that keeps evolving to remain leaders in the design community.
Your role will be to identify new and existing customers potential and leveraging opportunities to grow sales with existing products. You will launch new ranges into retailers by creating and delivering a market leading presentation.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
* Managing your area to deliver sales revenue targets.
* Building relationships with new and existing customers;advising andinfluencing them to grow
* Utilising and upkeeping point of sale and sampling.
* Managing customer pricing quotations and terms to protect margins while driving sales forward.
* Maintaining regular communication with line manager and other departments as required.
