Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales teams and building strong client relationships? I am looking for a Sales / Account Coordinator to join my clients growing team!
About the Role
As a Sales / Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You’ll work closely with account managers, handle client communications, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administration
* Manage client accounts, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
* Track orders, deliveries, and customer requests
* Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
* Build strong internal relationships across teams
What We’re Looking For
* You will come from an electrical technical component/industrial component background
* Previous experience in a sales support, account coordination, or customer service role
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude
