Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (Weekend shifts available)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Registered General Community Nurse to join the Seacroft Neighbourhood Team in Leeds. With an immediate start available and flexible working options, this role is ideal for nurses seeking either full-time or part-time hours within a supportive community setting.
Pay Rates
£21 per hour – Weekdays
£25 per hour – Saturdays
£29 per hour – Sundays & Bank Holidays

What You Will Do:
Deliver comprehensive wound care, including complex wound management and compression bandaging.
Manage and care for patients requiring female, male, and suprapubic catheterisation.
Undertake patient observations and holistic assessments.
Provide compassionate palliative care within patients' homes.
Travel across the community to deliver care (a valid driving licence is required).
