Job Title: Salary Administration Lead - 12 Months FTC
About the Role:
* Manage and coach a team of payroll professionals to deliver accurate and timely salary services.
* Support the salary administration process, including pension processing, and act as the senior escalation point for complex queries.
* Develop and monitor SLAs for salary administration, reporting monthly and driving improvements.
* Maintain and improve salary processes and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a payroll environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
* Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with process improvement initiatives.
* CIPP qualification or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
