We're recruiting on behalf of a growing digital agency that's looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior agency experience to step into a client-facing role where relationship building is just as important as campaign delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring trust and retention.
* Coordinating internal teams (PPC, SEO, developers) to deliver results.
* Overseeing projects from briefing to reporting, keeping everything on track.
* Spotting opportunities to add value and grow accounts.
* Presenting insights, performance updates, and recommendations with confidence.
What We're Looking For
* Previous digital agency experience is essential.
* Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and digital development processes.
* Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
* Confident communicator with a client-first mindset.
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
