Teaching Assistant

Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily classroom activities.
* Support individual students and small groups to help them meet the learning objectives.
* Manage classroom resources and setup for lessons.
* Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
* Collaborate with teachers to monitor the progress of students.
* Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
* Participate in school meetings and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
* Strong understanding of classroom activities and teaching strategies.
