Salary
£15.52 per hour (£31,474.56 gross per annum) after a qualifying period of 6 months

5. Pay rate during training of £12.21 per hour (training will last 8 – 10 weeks)
6. Pay rate after training until completion of probationary period (6 months from start date) of £14.45 per hour
7. Annual earnings of £31,474.56 (£15.52 per hour) following completion of training and probation based on a 39 hours per week contract as a qualified Bus Driver
8. Shift pattern including Early, Middle and Late shifts, weekends and bank holidays

At our Hastings depot, we operate a fleet of 60 buses covering the 1066 Country area with a team of 180 drivers.

What will you be doing?
14. Completing our industry leading training, securing your PCV licence followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development
15. Participating in the Passenger Transport Driver Level 2 Apprenticeship Scheme, delivered by our partner Realise Training, to provide further training, knowledge and support during the first year of your career, including 1-to-1 sessions with your very own Training & Development Officer

What do you need to apply?
21. You need to be at least 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
22. Right to work in the UK (You will need to have been in the UK for a minimum of 183 days as a part of DVLA requirement)
23. A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving
