We are recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for a series of upcoming construction projects across Northampton. This role suits someone confident in coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining safe access routes, and supporting overall site safety.
🔨 Role OverviewYour responsibilities will include:
Directing vehicle and plant movement on-site
Managing delivery access and egress
Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators, and site teams
Maintaining safe pedestrian walkways and traffic routes
Assisting with general site duties when required
✔️ Requirements
All applicants must have:
Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certificate
Valid CSCS card
Previous site experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Good punctuality, awareness, and safety discipline
