Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will apply your expert knowledge in the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft's cloud technology stack, with a particular focus on Azure Infrastructure, 365, Defender, and Intune. You will support IT operations, act as an escalation point for end-user issues, and collaborate with the I&O Manager and Technical Architect to optimise cloud infrastructure. Your key technical duties will include contributing to Azure Cloud migration and service optimisation while considering security best practices and cost optimisations. You will use Microsoft tooling and the RMM platform to deliver outstanding support to our users, provision Windows devices, package and deliver software, and manage user identities. Additionally, you will coordinate and oversee third-party activities to ensure the successful delivery of service terms, manage incidents and changes using JIRA Service Management, and remediate identified vulnerabilities while contributing to our security landscape.
