About the Role:
As a crucial member of the Repairs department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Customer Engagement: Serve as the frontline contact for customers, efficiently coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules.
* Data Management: Process operational data and maintain administrative systems to support the delivery of repairs, cyclical services, and property investment works.
* Order Management: Place orders with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring prompt processing of invoices.
* Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly performance reports and collating customer satisfaction data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively process repairs and maintenance requests from customers and colleagues.
* Manage and update various information systems, including performance data and work allocations.
