We are seeking a dedicated Partner to join a professional services firm within general practice. The role is to own, manage and develop a portfolio of clients, whilst training junior to support.

Description
* Lead and oversee client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services
* Ability to grow and develop this portfolio
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
* Lead, mentor and develop a skilled team
* Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.
* Support business development and identify opportunities for service expansion
Profile
A successful Partner should have:
* ACA/ ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience
* Proven track record in client management and team leadership
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
* Commercially astute with a growth mindset
* Experience managing a portfolio of a similar size
* A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
* Ambition to progress within a dynamic and supportive firm
Job Offer
