Main duties of the job
To provide excellent, high-quality, person-centred clinical care that advocates for patients; strive to provide a service fit for today and the future; develop personal leadership to support clinical growth. Each rotation (12 months) will have duties specific to that speciality and team.

The Trust offers a multi-professional preceptorship programme and excellent training opportunities supported by an AHP practice development lead and clinical flow lead.

Person Specification
Qualification
* Degree or Diploma in OT
* HCPC registration
* Evidence of postgraduate CPD
Skills
* Ability to work independently with individuals and groups
* Ability to manage workload and priorities
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to reflect and critically appraise own performance
* Training and facilitation skills
* Proficiency with electronic patient records
Experience
* Knowledge of evidence-based practice
* Understanding of professional ethics and their application
* Ability to reason clinically and plan interventions independently
* Experience in research and audit
* Providing advice and informal supervision to staff and students
Special requirements
* Willingness to rotate clinical areas
* Must be able to travel between sites
