Job Title: Care Enabler – SEN Salary: FTE £25,583 – £25,989 Pro-rata £19,919 – £20,235 Location: Stratford-upon-Avon Start Date: September 2026 Hours: Full-time | Term-Time Only | Permanent Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Care Enabler to join a specialist SEN setting in Stratford-upon-Avon on a permanent basis. This is a vital, hands-on role supporting children and young people aged 3–19 with a range of complex needs, ensuring their care, safety and wellbeing is supported throughout the school day. You will work across all classrooms, supporting both pupils and staff with personal care and daily routines, while assisting Teaching Assistants and teachers to ensure pupils can access learning in a safe, supportive and dignified environment.
