Now, we are ready to take the next step: scaling our presence, strengthening relationships with the A&D community, and growing our impact in both contract and retail channels.

Your Mission

As Country Manager UK & Ireland, you will lead nanimarquina's growth in one of our most promising markets. Based in London, you'll build deep, long-term relationships with architects and interior designers, expand retail partnerships, and activate digital tools to unlock new opportunities.

This role is not about maintaining the status quo, it's about elevating nanimarquina's presence to the next level. You'll have the entrepreneurial freedom to shape the strategy, paired with the drive and energy to execute it.

What You'll Do

In this role, you won't just manage accounts, you'll shape the future of nanimarquina in the UK & Ireland. Your work will balance strategic growth with hands-on execution, ensuring that our rugs become a natural choice for both projects and premium retail.

* Be a trusted partner to the A&D Community: Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers. Present our collections with confidence, support design teams in project integration, and ensure nanimarquina becomes a go-to brand for design-driven solutions.
* Drive contract growth: Manage and energize our network of contract partners, actively develop the sales pipeline, and improve project win rates by positioning nanimarquina's design and sustainability strengths at the core of proposals.
* Expand premium retail distribution: Secure key retail partners and anchor stores across the UK & Ireland, while cultivating independent design retailers that align with our brand values.
* Activate digital growth tools: Work closely with our marketing team to launch CRM-based campaigns, digital lead generation initiatives, and market-specific content that increases visibility and generates new business.
* Champion sustainability and design: Position nanimarquina's environmental leadership and design credibility at the forefront of every client conversation, turning our EPD-certified collections into a true differentiator in the market.
* Be the face of nanimarquina in the Market: Represent the brand at design fairs, showroom activations, and industry events, strengthening our presence within the UK & Ireland's vibrant design community.
* Collaborate globally: Report directly to the Global Commercial Director and work closely with our international team, ensuring alignment while bringing valuable local insights to the wider strategy.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional who can represent nanimarquina with credibility in both the contract and retail markets. You are commercially driven, but also deeply connected to the design world and passionate about sustainability.

You will succeed in this role if you are:

* Experienced & Proven: With at least 5+ years in sales or business development in design, furniture, lighting, or textiles, you bring a strong track record of driving growth and building long-term partnerships.
* Well-Connected in the A&D Community: You know how to work with architects, interior designers, and specifiers, and you already have a strong network in the UK design scene. You understand how projects are won and how to position a brand as a trusted partner.
* Entrepreneurial by nature: You thrive in building markets step by step, spotting opportunities where others don't, and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
* Digitally fluent: Confident in CRM systems, pipeline management, and digital lead generation, you combine traditional relationship-building with modern sales tools to maximize impact.
* Passionate About Design & Sustainability: You are genuinely motivated by design, craftsmanship, and environmental responsibility, and can communicate these values with authenticity.
* Culturally agile: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
* Well-Positioned: Based in London with the flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland to meet clients, partners, and attend industry events.
