Job Title : IFA Administrator
Location : Bristol
Benefits :
Pension: 5% employer match

Salary sacrifice available for bus pass or parking permit
Full time / Part time available
Salary : £24,000 to £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The team comprises experienced financial planners and dedicated administrative support, working together to ensure a client-centric approach. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners

Prepare and process new business applications and client documentation

Maintain and update client records accurately using the CRM system

Liaise with providers to obtain policy information and valuations

Handle client queries professionally via phone and email

Schedule client meetings and manage the advisers diaries

Produce client review packs and ensure timely follow-ups

Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures

Assist with reporting, data entry, and general office administration

Support the wider team in delivering a high level of client service

Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum of 1yearIFA administration experience.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proven customer service experience with the ability to communicate confidently.
