Responsibilities
of the Affiliate Manager:
1. Affiliate Recruitment: Actively recruit new affiliates to expand the network of partners within the trading industry.
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, guidance, and resources to help them maximize their earning potential.
3. Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate performance and key metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize affiliate productivity and revenue generation.
4. Reporting: Prepareprehensive reports and presentations on affiliate performance, trends, and KPIs for internal stakeholders, providing insights and rmendations for program enhancement.
Desired Skillset of the Affiliate Manager:
5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
6. 1 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
7. Understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
8. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
9. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
10. Knowledge of trading and financial markets is a plus.
