We are seeking a personable and highly proactive individual with a positive attitude and who enjoys being part of a dynamic, fast-paced business.Day-to-day administration and coordination in all areas of Executive support for a C-level leaderScheduling, calendaring, travel, invoice approval routing, and follow-up, meeting and office support, presentation prep assistance, and other administrative activitiesHandle travel arrangements and make frequent revisions as neededSchedule and coordinate numerous weekly and ad-hoc meetings to include note-taking and follow-upInteract with key contacts, investors, and other C-level individualsManage meetings for cross-departmental initiativesRequirements:5+ years’ Executive Assistant experience to C levelHighly professional – able to engage at all levels with employees, ELT, customers, and partnersCalendaring – managing multiple calendars within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, across multiple time zones and countriesMeeting coordination – setting up group meetings, note-taking, and follow-up on action itemsTravel coordination- airlines, transportation, lodging, meeting schedules, agendasFinancial assistance – approval of expenses and accounting support in CoupaExcellent verbal and written skillsExtremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential informationExpert on meeting technology, Microsoft Office, balanced skills across Word, Excel, and PowerPointSuperior time management and organization
