The Role Working alongside experienced Advisers and Administrators, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while learning about pensions, investments and financial planning. Key Responsibilities Answering telephone calls and responding to client enquiries. Managing incoming and outgoing post. Scheduling appointments and confirming client meetings. Preparing documents and client correspondence. Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records. Assisting with the processing of new business applications. Liaising with providers and obtaining information when required. Supporting the wider team with general administration duties. Ensuring client information is maintained accurately and confidentially. Essential Criteria Previous administration or customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good IT skills including Microsoft Office. Professional and friendly approach when dealing with clients. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
