About the role:
As a Senior Care Assistant in Bristol, you'll take the lead in providing exceptional care and support to residents. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of care delivery, supporting and mentoring colleagues, and ensuring residents' safety, dignity, and well being at all times. Key Responsibilities:
* Providing leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and best practice in care
* Promoting residents' safety, dignity, and wellbeing through proactive monitoring and reviews
* Keeping clear, accurate records and using effective communication systems
* Acting as a positive role model for excellent care and governance standards
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Senior Healthcare Assistant.
* Enhanced Adult DBS on the update service.
* Available training certificates in: First Aid, Mental Capacity Act, Moving & Handling, practise in medication administration, Food hygeine Level 1, IDDSI, health and safety, equality & diversity, fire safety, infection control, safeguarding adults Level 2, Information Governance.
