Our team is growing, and we need an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented person, ideally with previous experience to join the team.
What youll be doing:
* Sourcing top candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
* Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
* Managing clients and helping with their search for talent
* Prospecting new clients via phone, email, social media and networking

What were looking for:
* A positive, can-do attitude with a great sense of humour
* Ideally 3-5+ experience within Recruitment
* Strong communication skills youre a natural talker and listener
* A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
* Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not essential
* Someone who loves working in a team and thrives under pressure
