In a peaceful wooded area, Ty Cwm is home for 20 adults with physical disabilities. We're a short drive from Carmarthen town centre based in Johnstown, and are close to local attractions including the National Botanic Gardens of Wales and the Millennium Coastal Park.
Shaw healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at Ty Cwm, You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for.
