We are delighted to be working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in the Lyme Regis / Bridport area who are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. The Role:
* Teach a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons
* Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils
* Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
* Use assessment effectively to support pupil progress
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leadership
* Build strong relationships with pupils and parents
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience or confidence teaching Year 3 / Lower KS2
* Be enthusiastic, organised and reflective in their practice
* Have high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement
* Enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team
