Role Purpose
This role proactively leads the advancement and maintenance of our M365 platform, ensuring a secure, supported, and productive environment that supports the NSPCC mission.
Responsibilities
* Lead design and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform).
* Ensure configurations meet NSPCC policies; collaborate with Cyber Security on access controls.
* Monitor usage trends and drive service improvements through automation.
* Mentor colleagues and ensure adherence to NSPCC policies.
* Assess Microsoft updates and end‑of‑life notices; coordinate necessary actions.
* Lead resolution of major incidents affecting M365 services.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of M365 architecture and applications.
* Hands‑on experience with Azure and M365, proactive learning mindset.
* Analytical ability to quickly understand complex concepts and gather precise requirements.
* Calm, confident under pressure to support effective decision‑making.
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management and clear communication to senior audiences.
* Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
