About the role
Zizzi General Managers have a huge role to play, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the success of the restaurant. They promote our culture and values within the team, bringing enthusiasm, teamwork and a willingness to get stuck in to ensure customers have a great time. The manager leads by example as a great role model.
