Salary £24ph OR equivalent £37,000 PAYE rate

The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area. Initial 3X month fixed term contract, potential to go permanent.
The Role
1. Multi Trade Maintenance – Full bathroom rip out and installation
2. Receive & complete works via PDA device
3. Work safely in accordance with H&S
4. Bathroom fitting, plumbing, bathroom rip out, bathroom installation
Skills & Experience
5. Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
6. Full UK Drivers License
7. Social Housing experience preferred
