We are looking for a friendly and reliable male Community Support Worker to join our team, supporting a young man who lives in Poole. You would also spend time at our supported living service in Southbourne, so being flexible and happy to travel between locations is important. In this role, you’ll be helping the people we support build confidence and independence- whether that means lending a hand with everyday tasks at home, getting involved in new hobbies, or supporting him to explore work and volunteering opportunities. To be considered for this role you must hold a clean Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential. He communicates effectively through speech, but benefits from visual aids to help him plan and understand his day.
