Role Conditions
* Contract Length: On going (opportunity for permanent)
* Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday (7am – 4.30pm), Friday (7am – 3.30pm)
* IR35: Outside
About the Role
To administer and manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate work scopes for capacity and scope
* Identify material and tooling requirements from work scopes
* Create and stage workorders
* Plan work orders, ensuring on resource availability
* Co-Chair aircraft pre-input meetings with the Maintenance Manger
* Manage communications with CAMO`s regarding work packages, workorders and project progress
* Management of technical records
* Management of technical publications
Candidate Requirements
* 3+ years airline or MRO industry experience in maintenance planning (3rd party MRO experience advantageous)
* In depth knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 legislation
* Strong MS Excel skillset
* Experience planning with excel advantageous
* Fluent in English
