Logistics Planning Administrator
Location: Desford
Contract Length: 12 months (with potential to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: £16.27 PAYE
Working Pattern: Fully site-based
Hours:
* Mon–Thurs: 07:30–16:00
* Fri: 07:30–10:30
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics or administration professional to take on a varied and impactful role supporting a large fleet of over 200 MHE vehicles on site.
Why This Role?
This position offers broad exposure across logistics operations. You’ll be at the centre of fleet administration, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers. You’ll play a key role in problem resolution, status monitoring, communication flow, and relationship building across departments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing day-to-day administrative support for the on-site MHE fleet
* Partnering with Linde and other suppliers on fleet-related queries
* Ensuring smooth communication between internal departments regarding fleet status
* Supporting invoicing, workshop coordination, and general logistics activities
* Contributing to a team of 10, with close collaboration alongside 3–4 colleagues

Experience & Background
* 2+ years’ experience in logistics or administration (essential)
* Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or finance industries is advantageous
* Background working with MHE/counterbalance trucks is a plus
Systems Knowledge
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Nexjen or Coupa is desirable
