This is an office based role supporting Project Managers working across a number of small works projects on water sites. We’re after someone organised and reliable who can help keep projects organised, make sure information is where it needs to be and help the team keep things moving.

Duties
* Supporting Project Managers with day to day project admin
* Keeping project documentation and trackers up to date
* Coordinating information between site teams and office staff
* Managing emails, paperwork and general project records
* Assisting with surveys, reports and general project coordination
* Helping keep projects organised and running smoothly
Must Have
* Previous admin or project support experience
* Strong organisation skills
* Confident with Excel and general office systems
