We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy automotive repair centre in Fife. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. About the Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey from booking repairs through to vehicle collection.
