Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Business Development Coordinator. Make an Impact at RSM UK. The Business Development Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Business Development and Account Management teams, assisting with projects and client activities. The role requires a self-motivated, organized individual capable of working independently, with an interest in developing a career in business development and account management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Relationship management with the RSM network, including Partners and prospective clients
* Liaising with delivery teams on client requirements, pricing, and pipeline
* Supporting client activities and tasks
* Handling inquiries and acting as a point of contact for BD and AM activities
* Monitoring external email inboxes
* Maintaining knowledge of all RSM InTime solutions
* Assisting with communications and marketing efforts
* Undertaking projects as requested, with some travel possible
* Recording opportunities on CRM
* Filing documents accurately
* Researching and allocating new leads
* Managing quotations and proposals
Qualifications:
* GCSE Maths and English Language – Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent)
* Experience in providing excellent client care in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels, including Directors
* Computer literacy and familiarity with web applications
* Consultative approach and strong time management skills
