Job Title: Shutdown Rigging Supervisor

Hours - 10-12 hours
1. Assures the quality and integrity of each project, bringing projects in on schedule and within budget. Using in-house construction management procedures and experience, provide continuity and consistency of construction management with quality assurance and reliable control.
2. Responsible for performing field activities related to one area or discipline, monitoring day-to-day work of contractors/sub-contractors, reporting all potential safety and quality issues, assisting with cost, progress and materials reporting. Performs functions for one area of a project or a small project.
3. Oversees all aspects of a small area or single discipline of field construction on projects. Generally responsible for construction scope(s) with value up to $10M
Qualifications:
4. Typically minimum qualified to ISCED Level 5 (technical diploma / apprenticeship) or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
Knowledge, skills and experience:
5. Appropriate level of field construction experience, typically gained through a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry
Personal attributes:
6. Well organised, observant, good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Display both good judgment and leadership qualities
8. Ability to work with timelines/targets.
9. Ability to be assertive and drive culture change when required.
10. Excellent interpersonal organisational, communication and team building skills.
