We are partnering with a fast-growing, industry-leading organisation to recruit a commercially minded and analytically strong Senior FP&A Manager. As Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in transforming data into insight, owning key planning cycles, and partnering closely with business leaders to support growth, profitability and operational efficiency. This role offers high visibility, senior exposure, and strong progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Group’s budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes, ensuring accuracy, insight and alignment with strategic priorities
* Deliver monthly performance reporting, MI packs and commercial analysis for senior leadership and the executive team
* Provide financial insight, modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Partner with business leaders across Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Product to challenge performance, evaluate investments and identify value opportunities
* Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools and reporting infrastructure
* Own and enhance financial models, dashboards and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decisions
* Lead financial analysis for strategic projects, investments, pricing decisions and business cases
* Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Board-level audiences
* Mentor and develop junior members of the team
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent, with strong post-qualification FP&A or commercial finance experience
* Proven ability to lead planning cycles and produce high-quality reporting and insight
* Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
* Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Experience improving processes, building reporting tools or enhancing FP&A capabilities
* Demonstrated leadership skills — formal or informal — with a passion for developing people
