Requirements
* ARB‑registered Architect
* 2–5 years’ post‑Part III professional experience
* Strong design ability supported by solid technical knowledge
* Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and technical standards
* Ability to independently manage and deliver projects across all RIBA stages
* Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
* NEC contract experience (preferable)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or Archicad, Photoshop, Word and Excel
* Full driving licence and access to a car (travel will be required)
The Role
You will play a key role in leading and contributing to projects, working collaboratively within our team and alongside the wider consultant team, while managing responsibilities across multiple stages of design and delivery.
* Leading project design and delivery across all RIBA stages
* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships
* Preparing and overseeing detailed design, technical documentation and specifications
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice
* Contributing to practice development and mentoring junior team members
