Job Description
A well-established financial institution is seeking two Finance Analysts to provide short-term support for transaction processing and customer service functions at their Huntingdon office. This temporary engagement is to assist with a backlog following the introduction of a new system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Transaction Processing: Manage and process invoices, statements, and payments efficiently and accurately
* Customer Liaison: Respond to customer queries and manage incoming communications via shared mailboxes
* Cash Collection & Arrears Management: Support the collection of outstanding payments and handle arrears in line with internal procedures
* Utilise the newly implemented Jaama system to carry out day-to-day processing tasks
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service standards are maintained
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounts support, finance administration, or customer service role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in managing shared inboxes and high volumes of correspondence
* Confidence in handling sensitive financial information and cash collection activities
* Familiarity with new systems and a flexible approach to learning (experience with Jaama is a plus but not required)
* Ability to work on-site in Huntingdon, England 5 days a week
