An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Branch Manager to lead the Belper branch. This role requires a self‑motivated and trustworthy professional with a proven ability to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and develop a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
* Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand the customer base
* Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and trust
* Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets
* Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
* Represent the branch within the local community and business network
* Monitor and replenish stock levels in accordance with company commercial guidelines.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, ideally within the electrical wholesale industry.
* Strong business development skills with a confident approach to generating new opportunities
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
* A solid existing customer base and strong local market knowledge
* Self‑motivated, ambitious, and results‑oriented
