Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role
Are you highly organised, tech-savvy, and ready to be at the heart of a rapidly growing business? We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to act as the right-hand person to our three Co-Founders. You will be a fundamental part of our daily operations, helping to run and coordinate a variety of exciting projects across our client's digital company
This is not a strictly routine role; it requires a proactive, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Work directly alongside the three Co-Founders to assist in the daily management and execution of varied digital marketing projects.
* Leverage AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows, generate ideas, and improve operational efficiency.
* Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and marketing materials.
* Track project progress, organise data, and maintain spreadsheets to keep the team aligned on key deliverables.
* Act as a central point of communication between the founders and the wider team.
Requirements
* AI-Savvy: You must have a strong interest in and working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools.
* Tech Proficiency: Highly competent in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Word.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Personality: Adaptable, highly organised, and genuinely up for the challenge of a dynamic, quickly growing business.
