You will be working closely with Group functions to deliver the People Plan and their basic HR needs, as well as help them be their best whilst driving change, supporting rapid business growth and a variety of ambitious and exciting projects, all while making sure our culture is nurtured and developed. It&x2019;s a true generalist position&x2022; Work closely with assigned areas of the business to drive the People Plan, identify, and deliver key HR initiatives.&x2022; Provide HR support for all matters in your business area, including performance management, training and development, ER issues, including: Grievances, disciplinaries, capability, redundancy, long-term sick, disputes, assist with TUPE, colleague wellbeing, including maternity/paternity&x2022; Project work - we&x2019;re constantly growing and evolving so there&x2019;ll be plenty to get stuck into&x2022; Stats &x2013; understanding our people numbers helps us perform better.&x2022; Rewards & remuneration &x2013; from helping develop our benefits to doing the admin and liaising with payroll, you&x2019;ll be involved.&x2022; Support with embedding new acquisitions into the Citation Group&x2022; Admin &x2013; it needs to be done right and strong eye for detail, so we all have a part to play&x2022; Compliance/business protection &x2013; you know how important this and will make it integral to the way we work.&x2022; Colleague engagement &x2013; Everything we do is aimed at protecting and building our high-performance culture and our great colleague engagement scores.&x2022; Internal Comms &x2013; As a team, we own the internal Comms &x2013; it&x2019;s the voice of our culture, a glue that helps bind us and has never been more important.&x2022; L&D &x2013; we like to keep it relevant, quick and easy to access, be prepared to get involved in supporting the delivery of existing programmes and help to create new material.About you: We&x2019;re not your everyday HR department, and we&x2019;re not looking for your everyday HR person.&x2022; It&x2019;s fast-paced and always changing, so you need to be up for the challenge, always ready to adapt and get stuck in&x2022; Agile with a growth mindset, you will really care about our business.
