We’re looking for an organised, customer‑focused E‑Commerce Executive to support the day‑to‑day operation of the Huws Gray Group’s digital platforms!

In this role, you’ll manage customer enquiries across our digital channels, ensuring exceptional service via email and phone. You’ll also support the execution of trading and merchandising activity across the website, working closely with the Trading Assistant and wider E‑Commerce team to ensure our online experience is accurate, up to date and seamless. This is a hybrid role primarily based in Llangefni with work from home.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer enquiries about online orders, products and account queries via email and phone, resolving issues quickly with support from Branch, Customer Services and Logistics teams.
2. Monitor customer feedback, identify common issues and suggest improvements to FAQs, help content and customer journeys.
3. Support daily trading activity by updating homepage content, banners, categories and product listings, ensuring products are accurate, in stock and aligned with promotions.
4. Conduct regular website checks to identify and fix errors, broken links or inconsistencies.
5. Maintain accurate product information within the Akeneo PIM, supporting uploads, updates and enrichment, and working with the Product Data team to resolve data issues.
6. Monitor online orders and assist with fulfilment, stock or delivery issues, ensuring clear communication of any operational impacts.
7. Work closely with Digital Marketing, Customer Services, Branch teams and IT to ensure aligned messaging and efficient issue resolution.
8. Support the wider E‑Commerce team with ad hoc tasks and project work.
