Are you ready to take the reins of one of the most dynamic and fast-paced automation environments in retail logistics? Our customer Primark are on the lookout for a driven, analytical, and inspiring leader to manage and optimise the product flow of their Click & Collect automation operation.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for an Automation & Operations Project Manager to join our team based in Lutterworth.

This is a full-time, 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to£60,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

* Lead the charge in ensuring seamless product flow through our automated systems
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, IT, Logistics, and Suppliers
* Drive performance through data-led insights, reporting, and continuous improvement
* Own the automation performance – from preventative maintenance to real-time issue resolution
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation

What you need to succeed at GXO:

* Strong background and experience of management within e-commerce or automation
* Strong knowledge of warehouse control systems and automated distribution
* A natural communicator and influencer with a sharp analytical mindset
* Proven ability to lead in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
* A passion for process improvement and operational excellence
