The Role
We have a brand new & exciting opportunity to join Blum UK as a Direct Sales Representative.
The role will be responsible for delivering structured and consistent sales support to key account customers while promoting the company’s products, services, and brand values.
This role will play a critical part in managing customer relationships within Blum UK’s direct sales channel and involve creating tailored customer journeys to strengthen partnerships and support the company's commercial growth strategy.
Reporting to and working closely with the Direct Sales Manager, the role will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure sales activities are customer centric and aligned with strategic goals. The individual will deliver a first class customer experience aligned with the Blum sales process, combining a methodical and structured approach with the ability to inspire and influence key stakeholders.
The position will form part of a small team that is dedicated to the channel and requires flexibility to provide national coverage as well as ad-hoc international visits. This will include site visits, covering holiday periods and attending customer and industry events throughout the year.
Knowledge & Experience
·B2B sales and account management experience.
·Experience using and maintaining CRM software, reporting, and customer analysis.
·Excellent ability to create & deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders (PowerPoint or equivalent).
·Experience with contract negotiation, pricing, and partnership agreements.
·Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and externa.
·Familiarity with project management, Power BI, SAP CRM, and Confluence.
