Location : Reading/Hammersmith (Hybrid- once in a month) Duration: 3 months Contract Shift: Monday to Friday About the role The role will be focused on working with and influencing key stakeholders and decision makers to define, develop, and document strategic radio infrastructure plans aligned to the Clients strategy and direction. This involves proactive engagement and leadership ensuring the Mobile Access Engineering plan fully considers all business requirements and successfully delivers on the agreed benefits & KPI’s. Regularly communicate plan and engage MAE members with appropriate updates and requests for action. Any risks to the delivery of the strategic intent of the plan are to be articulated, mitigated, and escalated as appropriate. Key Responsibilities Ensure plans are created, documented and communicated for all areas delivering RAN capability aligned to a clearly documented 3-year planning process. All significant activities or initiatives have supporting stakeholders engaged, aligned with supporting governance in place. Own and lead Mobile Governance RAN Change Control Process Proven Project management experience to work with stakeholders to develop plans that translate the strategic direction to a defined quality criteria, budgetary forecasts, common understanding and dependency alignment across Networks that sets our infrastructure deployment. Monitor and manage in plan development and progress. Ensure Plan is reflective of client commercial and strategic direction. Interface with MAE Teams to track progress of delivery against plan, ensuring any changes are reflected within plan. Experience with creating frameworks and implementing governance structures to drive value within the business. Experience Needed Strong understanding of mobile network technology (2G,3G, 4G & 5G) and what is required in its delivery. Experience developing and managing complex plans, finding, and resolving weaknesses. Skill in balancing technical requirements with business priorities. Experience in supporting developing long-term technology roadmaps for mobile networks. Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience working with stakeholders, able to build strong working relationships, understand others’ issues and influence without direct authority. Credible communicator with experience working with technical senior management. Start Date ASAP
