The Role
We are actively seeking highly skilled and dedicated Special Needs Education Assistants who possess a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs. Our team is committed to making a positive impact on students facing various challenges, providing compassionate care, and contributing to the betterment of our community. As an Education Assistant – Special Needs, your role encompasses facilitating the delivery of structured education programs. This involves overseeing small groups of students under the teacher's guidance to nurture young minds and contribute to the overall health and well-being of students. Your work environment is collaborative, providing crucial support to students within the classroom setting. Valuable experience in working with students dealing with autism spectrum disorder, mental health issues, medical conditions, and behavioural special needs would be highly advantageous.

 9. Demonstrated ability to assist teachers or therapists in implementing educational programs, including special education and, should this be a requirement of the position, occupational and/or physiotherapy programs.
 10. Demonstrated knowledge of health and physical disabilities in students and adolescents.
 11. Demonstrated ability to assist with general health and well-being of students
