* Your Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
* Drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
* Support equipment upgrades, installations, and refurbishment projects
* Perform dynamic risk assessments to ensure safe operations
* Keep shift reports, maintenance logs, and CMMS up to date
* Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement
* Liaise with management to report technical faults and recommend solutions
* Manage and monitor spare parts inventory

What We're Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 / 2 or similar in Engineering (or equivalent time-served apprenticeship)
* Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
