Promotions Administrator
Are you an organised administrator with an eye for detail and a passion for keeping everything running smoothly? We're looking for a Promotions Administrator to support our retail and trade marketing activity.
In this role, you'll:
Coordinate promotional plans with retailers and partners
Manage booking forms, deadlines, and POS (point of sale) materials
Track budgets, invoices, and promotional spend
Liaise with agencies and account managers to ensure accuracy
Keep everything updated in our systems and reports
What we're looking for:
Strong administration background with great attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Confidence in working with numbers, spreadsheets, and deadlines
A flexible team player who enjoys supporting others
