Job Description
1. Proactively support the implementation of recruitment strategies across the Home Instead network.
2. Identify areas for continuous improvement through recruitment data analysis and networking with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Research, design, and develop effective resourcing tools and guides to enhance recruitment workflows, including application management and initial candidate screening.
4. Provide daily support to colleagues and the network regarding recruitment strategy, legislation, data, analytics, and systems such as SmartRecruiters ATS.
5. Collaborate with Marketing to develop advertising campaigns that support our brand messaging and manage recruitment-related company pages.
6. Produce monthly recruitment reports.
7. Establish strong relationships with Franchise Owners, Recruitment Managers, and National Office colleagues to positively influence the business.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, with familiarity in using online and social media tools.
* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
* Knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practices related to recruitment activities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a flexible, professional, and creative approach.
* Willingness to travel occasionally throughout the UK.
* Highly driven and ambitious with a test-and-learn approach to talent attraction.
