What You’ll Be Doing

* Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Maintaining high standards in health, safety, and food regulations while managing risks effectively.
* Shaping the Future: Collaborating on strategies, events, and projects to make Warwick Food Group a leader in hospitality excellence.
Hours: Shifts between 7am and 6pm (occasional late nights) with occasional weekends.

Flexible Working: We will consider applications for part-time or other flexible working arrangements (e.g., job share) despite the position being advertised as full-time.
About You
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in leading food service or hospitality operations with a focus on exceptional service.
* Strong leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and problem-solving.
* Financial acumen to manage budgets, analyse KPIs, and drive income while controlling costs.
* Expertise in food safety legislation, allergens management, and health and safety compliance.
* A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for innovation and growth.
