We are from the India Grocery and Everyday Essentials team, working on a ground-up initiative in the rapidly growing quick commerce space in India. We are developing a new quick commerce experience using client-side rendering frameworks based on ReactJS, supported by multiple backend services being developed from scratch. The new user experience will cover the entire lifecycle of the quick commerce shopping journey, including discovery, traffic, storefront, ordering, and delivery.
For this Greenfield initiative, you'll work alongside a talented and collaborative team of Sr. SDEs, Sr. FEEs, and PEs. This role offers a great opportunity for learning, growth, and building an industry-leading shopping experience from scratch.
Key job responsibilities
* Solving difficult problems by applying appropriate technologies and best practices.
* Collaborating with your team to invent, design, and build stable and performant software.
* Utilizing a broad range of design approaches judiciously and pragmatically.
* Writing understandable code, considering the legacy of your work.
* Creating flexible software, making appropriate trade-offs, reusing components, and managing dependencies wisely.
* Optimizing resource usage, including system hardware, database, memory, and CPU.
* Engaging with customers, stakeholders, and peers on project ideas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+ years of experience with agile software development methodology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
