Salary: £14.10 per hour (£27,495 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

What Youll Need
?? Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
??Previous experience running a day centre for adults with complex needs and disabilities
??Previous experience managing a team
?? A valid manual UK driving licence
?? The legal right to live and work in the UK
??
What Youll Be Doing
??Offer creative sessions like art and music to reinforce fine motor skills and cognitive engagement.
?? Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
?? Contributing to tailored support plans
?? Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
?? Managing a team, writing reports and managing staff reviews and 1-1 meetings.
