Assistant Reception Manager

First impressions are the most important. The role works alongside the Reception Manager to ensure the reception team is efficient, ready to assist guests, and provides a flawless experience.


Responsibilities

* Work with the Reception Manager to maintain a high‑standard reception team.
* Provide outstanding guest service and support using the latest technology.
* Motivate and engage team members, collaborating with other departments.
* Address guest queries and resolve issues promptly.


Qualifications

* Initiative to solve any problem for guests.
* Ability to motivate and engage others.
* Team player and ability to partner with other departments.
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
